Four 'o' clock in the morning

It's four 'o' clock in the morning

between the real and the unreal

from one most tender, the other one floating

as I leave this room, so neat and tidy

to enable you access to the world

' upon awakening will you recall that kiss?

I tug on the thread ... '

Nice flow. I’m kind of new to poetry, is this considered free verse?

I forgot to use my sign in. Google has become terrible to work in.

It harkens back to ancient Japanese verse between a man and woman, though this not of a traditional structure.
Nor was the purpose. Spontaneous, you might say,, the authors having reconnected after decades. Take it as genuine in feeling, though unattainable to fulfill.
